Your WLA experience begins with our onboarding package. This includes an onboarding webinar, leadership development plan as well as a self assessment to map out your leadership journey.
We also work with you to understand your gender diversity goals. We hold regular ‘catch ups’ to ensure your colleagues are maximising their membership. It all starts with a call.
